Luis Rodriguez, the owner of LR Property Inspections, LLC, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, giving him a deep appreciation for the unique architectural home styles that are in the Chicagoland area. As a graduate of Inspection Certification Associates and an enthusiast of building science, Luis has extensive knowledge of the components that will be found in the average home such as the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems…to name a few. With a military and law enforcement background, Luis strives to give clients the real peace of mind they deserve by emphasizing defects that pose any form of safety and/or health hazards anywhere in and around the home. Luis is a fully licensed Illinois home inspector, proudly serving the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs, and continues to make a difference in peoples’ lives everyday through quality service that is unmatched.
